Oval Platter

I have purchased 3 of these beautiful platters – two for gifts and one for myself! I love the size and design and the two I gave as gifts were big hits. These platters make a perfect hostess, holiday, or birthday gift. I also purchased the the blue salad plates and love these as well. Interacting with Miriam the founder and owner of EHD is always a pleasure as well!

Loved this so much that I bought one for my MIL and one for my SIL! Since it is made from a resin, it sits out in my dining room, because I’m not scared of my kids breaking it. Great for meals and taking apps/desserts to friends’ houses. Will be purchasing the plates and bowls next.

I recently purchased the white oval platter for a small event at my home. It was great because it was so pretty, durable and held a lot of food! It’s the perfect size for appetizers. I got so many compliments on the platter because it integrated so nicely with my other pieces of serveware. It’s also the perfect gift for someone who wants a piece that looks nice and is durable for every day use.

I ordered two of the white platters as gifts for the Holiday Season. My mother and sister-in-law absolutely loved them, as do I. I had ordered some for myself and others along with the dinner plates and salad plates back in the summer, and absolutely fell in love. Both the white and the light blue are so elegant. I love my new serving platter! I have little kids and I love that this looks beautiful but I don’t have to worry about it breaking and being within reach of little hands. I got the white one but had a hard time deciding on the color because the blue is gorgeous too!

This platter is one of my go-to platters for indoor outdoor large entree salads, hot entrees with a protein and sides… I don’t have to use my heavy glass platters. This has replaced those platters for me as something that I can use frequently but that is kid friendly and both casual and more elevated/elegant.

Not only is this piece the centerpiece of the collection, but it will inevitably become the centerpiece of the table AND the conversation! Guests consistently ask about it. Its so very usable and equally gorgeous. LOVE!

I love to entertain. I bought one in each color specifically for this purpose. It’s so nice to be able to bring these outside without having to worry about them breaking. The white is classic, and the blue is fun for a pop of color. I’ve been so pleased with these!

I am NOT the best at hosting and I’ve loved the confidence the oval white platter has given me to display goodies without the fear of breaking when we do have people over. The design is beautiful and functional, a great addition to our serving dishes!
